Meg Overstake is a seasoned MedTech commercial leader with more than two decades of experience across sales and marketing. She began her career in medical device sales, carrying the bag in diverse geographies, including Hawaii, Wisconsin, and Denver, while covering trauma, CMF, biologics, sports medicine, wound care, and foot & ankle devices. She later transitioned into marketing and was most recently with Stryker, where she led go-to-market strategy, portfolio management, commercial integration, and product-launch execution. Meg has overseen more than 30 new product launches and played a key role in four large-scale integrations, both in the field and at the corporate level.
Having carried the bag earlier in her career with Zimmer Biomet, Medline, KCI, and OsteoMed, Meg brings the credibility of direct sales experience and a deep understanding of how marketing strategies translate in the field.
Meg holds a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder. When she’s not supporting her clients, Meg can be found playing tennis, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with her family.
